Does exactly what it promises. Portable enough to relocate if needed, but sturdy enough for permanent use. The dual doors are a nice touch for larger vehicles.
12x25 gives us tons of room for two cars plus storage along the sides. The vents prevent condensation buildup which was a problem with our old carport. Dark gray blends nicely with our house exterior.
Survived our first major storm without any issues. The rounded roof design really helps with wind resistance, and water runs off perfectly. Been up for six months now and still looks brand new.

Used this for my daughter's graduation party and it was perfect. The vents kept air flowing nicely, and the space easily accommodated tables for 40 guests. Much sturdier than typical party tents, and now it's permanent storage for our RV. Win-win situation!
